Dr Marcus Pianta is a Radiologist and Imaging Specialist at Focus Radiology. He graduated in medicine from Monash University, Melbourne, and went on to complete a Master of Medicine at the University of Melbourne focused on the treatment of deep venous thrombosis with interventional radiology.
Marcus completed his radiology training at The Alfred Hospital, including an Interventional Fellowship, then a second fellowship at the University of Alberta Hospital in Canada specialising in Musculoskeletal Imaging.
Dr Pianta enjoys all subspecialties of radiology and has particular interests in arthritis and musculoskeletal tumour imaging, as well as performing a range of therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
